Potions, Spells and Runes

The extreme potions from Herblore have been added back to safe PvP minigames; the Magic skill and the extreme magic potion receive minor tweaks; four new spells have been added to the normal spellbook; and the crafting of multiple runes has been smoothed out.

Anti-‘76k’ing Measures

Since the release of PvP Worlds, a minority of players have been using them to try to earn big rewards with little risk and effort. This is not in keeping with the spirit of how PvP Worlds were intended to be used. We’re hopeful today's fix will hamper these players without significantly affecting legitimate PKers.
